The Brown Holland Team works hard to get the most competitive interest rates for our clients. There are a number of criteria that affect interest rates. Every client has an individual credit history and financial strength, not to mention every transaction involves a unique property! Therefore, without collecting detailed information about your needs, there is not one rate that fits all situations.

However, we can provide you with information about market rates in general. Every Thursday, Freddie Mac publishes a mortgage rate survey called the Primary Market Mortgage Survey (PMMS). The survey samples lenders across the nation to determine averages rates for a wide range of mortgage programs.
