Joe Brown

Owner / Partner

Joe graduated from The University of Texas at Austin.  After five years as an officer in the U.S. Navy, he moved back to Austin and became a real estate broker.  Being most interested in the financial side of real estate, a friend encouraged him to become a mortgage banker in 1985.  Joe founded this branch office in 1997.

Chris Holland

Partner / Mortgage Consultant

Chris graduated from Southwestern University and is our Market Analyst and Mortgage Consultant.  He manages the loans in process to insure a smooth, on-time closing.  Utilizing our Rate Watch Program, Chris monitors the financial market conditions and can provide expert advice on interest rate trends.

Nancy Hazard

Senior Loan Processor

Nancy has over 15 years of processing experience.  She reviews the information that you provide for compliance with underwriting guidelines and supervises your loan throughout the approval process.  She can assist you with any questions or concerns regarding the status of your application, approval and preparation of closing documents.
